Our Mission

After years of vet bills, late nights & early mornings, broken hearts & nasty bites, and most importantly, happy endings, we've finally decided to set up our own official rescue! Since the beginning of the first lockdown in March 2020, over 150 animals have been through our care. We have laughed, loved and lost. We've dealt with bullet wounds, flea infestations, ear mites, tapeworm, pregnancies, cancer, cat flu, haematomas, FeLV, FIP, and so much more. For us to keep helping them, we need you to help us… We are looking for funds, food, fosterers and forever homes!

About Us

We are vegan, animal rescuing, trampoline coaches! Liv studied nursing (which helps with some of the medical side of rescuing) and loves caring for the poorly ones. Rach loves the angry cats, Alice in Wonderland and speaks Chinese. 你好!

Grumpy
This grumpy boy was in a state when we got him, so we whisked him off to the vets. All his teeth were so rotten that he needed them ALL removed & there was even a hole so big from a rotten tooth that it went through to his nasal cavity, which had to be stitched up. He's recovered well & is eating solid food like there is nothing wrong! He would be happy in a quiet & understanding home. He came from a farm with over 50 unneutered cats.

Unfortunately Pirate came to us with the necrotic remains of one eye left, malnourished & unwell with cat flu. His eyeball had ruptured before he came to us & it hurts us to think about how much pain he must have been in. He is still recovering from the ennucleation surgery with lots of meds & TLC, as the wound swelled & became infected. He is shy, but is happy to be handled & loves a fuss. Bonkers
Someone just left Tumble in a field. Ferrets can't survive alone in the wild, so he came to our rescue. He's energetic, bouncy, playful, curious, inquisitive. We tried to introduce Tumble to some of our ferret pack, turns out he is terrifed of his own species - males & females. So he moved in with our rescue cats instead! Now he uses a scratching post, litter trays & loves running about with his cat buddies. We take him for walks & he happily skips around. Owning a ferret is very different than owning cats & dogs. They need lots of time & attention & shouldn't be left alone or caged. They need hormone implants & have specific behaviours. If Tumble is your first ferret, we would recommend doing some research first
